Jyotsna interned at Tulane University, in the department of Tropical medicine. My work is on the malarial vaccines. Jagmohan Singh was researching on Effect of Potato Virus Y infection on the rgsCaM gene in infected Solanum tuberosum plant. Its expression analysis is to be done by using Real Time PCR.
