Harish Krishnaswamy conceives, analyzes, designs, and experimentally demonstrates novel integrated electronic technologies for new high-frequency wireless applications. He has worked on integrated full-duplex radios that can simultaneously transmit and receive on the same frequency band, thereby doubling network capacity. He has investigated temporally-modulated circuits that break the traditional physical laws of reciprocity, enabling the realization of integrated non-reciprocal components such as isolators and circulators without the need for magnetic materials. He has also worked on integrated MIMO radios that use multiple antennas to achieve significant increase in data throughput.
