Computer Science
University of California, Los Angeles
I am an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Department at UCLA. My research interests are broadly in systems and networking. My recent work has focused on building practical systems to improve the performance and debugging of large-scale, distributed web applications for both users and developers. Prior to joining UCLA, I received a PhD from MIT, where I was advised by Hari Balakrishnan and James Mickens. Before that, I received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
Students
I am actively looking for undergraduate, masters, and PhD students. If you are interested in working with me, please apply to the UCLA CS graduate program, and mention my name in your application. If you are already at UCLA, please send me an email and we can find a time to meet.
